Hi Sam, i have just joined the 5 day free trial to quick weight loss and wondered if you had an alternative exercise routines for stay-at-home mums or do i need to go to a gym ? Desperate to lose some weight and body fat ! … However, if you can manage to set an hour a day to have some personal time and get to the gym then I would highly recommend it as the equipment there will allow you to add a lot of variety to your routine and keep things interesting
