I only exercise at home. I’ve built up quite a collection of equipment over the years – a step for step aerobics, dumbbells ranging from 5lb to 45lb (ok, the 45s are my husband’s, I can barely carry one from room to room!), a bar that you hang on a door frame to do … The 30 day shred is a great workout program on its own, and you’ll definitely get fitter and healthier, but you might find that you need to burn more calories if you want to lose weight that quickly.
