I try to be at the gym every day (at least 5 times a week), and my usual routine involves 15 minutes of running (on a track, 3km), 33 minutes on the elliptical machine (500 calories), 30-45 minutes swimming (keeping good pace), and fencing practice … I'm pretty sure the majority of advice out there suggests aerobic exercise to lose weight , but I figured I'd ask anyways.
