ok im in motocross and i wanna lose weight to go faster and less stress on the bike cuz im on a 150r and 5ft 7 and 130 pound but all i have is an eliptical and a pedal bike(but its in the middle of winter) so what is a rutine that someone can give … what you failed to do was deplete your bloodstream of oxygen. Your body needs Oxygen(lungs), fuel(body fat), and fire(intense workout routine ).
