Hey there, I'm not an practiced on weight loss but I'd say the diet and exercise combination you've made for yourself will make you loose weight . In the beginning you should expect to loose 2-3 pounds per week and as time goes on you'll start to loose less ( 1pound a week perphaps) and so may have to up your exercising routine ever so slightly.
