I’m currently on exercise 3 of 4 in this pec routine and the outcomes have been so spectacular that I decide to write it up for you earlier than I even finish the ultimate workout next week. Considering I’m on a calorie deficit in a reducing phase, I’m particularly impressed with the increase in my chest dimension and improvement after three workouts .
